Be Power package

Centers on strength, energy, and vitality, featuring mat Pilates, core strength sessions, and posture & mobility classes designed to empower guests physically and mentally.

BP Wellness package

Combines both elements into a holistic wellness experience, including morning yoga & meditation, Pilates brunch events, sunrise wellness rituals, and mindfulness workshops, creating a complete program for balance, presence, and rejuvenation.
